Road to the Masters is here – take on PAL's elite!
A new challenge has arrived in the Poker Academies League poker management game. Road to the Masters introduces a 20-stage progression where one of your academy players faces PAL Masters in increasingly difficult heads-up battles.
The goal is simple: defeat all 20 PAL Masters one by one and make it all the way to the Final Boss.
Every stage is a heads-up battle against a Master. Win the duel, earn the stage's in-game reward, and unlock the next challenge. But the further you go, the tougher the road becomes.
20 stages in PAL's poker simulation game
Road to the Masters becomes progressively more difficult as you advance.
Stages 5, 10, 15 and 20 are special Boss battles, with the Final Boss waiting at Stage 20.
A Road to the Masters challenge modifier makes later Masters increasingly difficult, while their canonical Master stats remain unchanged.
Not every battle lasts the same amount of time
The maximum match duration increases as you progress:
- Stages 1–5: maximum 1 hour
- Stages 6–10: maximum 2 hours
- Stages 11–15: maximum 4 hours
- Stages 16–20: maximum 8 hours
If either player loses all their chips, the duel ends immediately.
If the time limit expires while both players still have chips, the player with the larger stack wins.
Longer battles also come at a cost: player fatigue is based on the actual duration of the match.
Bigger challenges, bigger rewards
Every defeated Master earns you a reward, with the prizes increasing as you climb through the stages.
Complete all 20 stages and defeat the Final Boss to earn the ultimate reward:
$1,500,000 in-game cash – not real-world or withdrawable prize money.
